Rates and Bookings at Goanna Manor
Below are our current nightly rates based on a minimum of 4 nights stay.
OFF PEAK RENTAL
$350 per night
Off Peak is 1 May to 26 June 2027.
PEAK RENTAL
$450 per night
Peak periods cover Queensland State School holidays (other than Easter and Christmas) and the peak fishing season in the months of August, September, and October.
EASTER AND CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
$500 per night
Easter is the Queensland State School Easter holidays.
Christmas is 25 December 2027 to 8 January 2028.
SHOULDER RENTAL
$400 per night
Shoulder is for the following dates:
27 January – 25 March 2027
11 – 30 April 2027
1 November – 10 December 2027
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum 4 night rental during all rental periods
- 25% deposit required on booking
- Balance required 1 month prior to arrival
- Guests are required to leave the house in a clean state on departure.
CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
- Check in is at 4pm (unless otherwise advised)
- Check out is at 10am
- These times can be flexible if you are not directly following or preceding another tenant.
